Chloride-induced corrosion of highway bridges constitutes a critical form of environmental deterioration and may result in significant escalation of seismic life-cycle costs due to increased fragility during earthquake events. Most of existing literature tends to adopt simplistic uniform area loss assumptions in lieu of potentially complex, yet realistic and more detrimental, pitting corrosion models for seismic vulnerability analysis. Since the degree of deterioration depends on the severity and duration of exposure, there exists a need to investigate the influence of uniform vs. pitting corrosion assumption on seismic life-cycle costs for varied chloride exposure conditions. A case-study example of a highway bridge in Central and Southeastern US reveals consideration of pitting corrosion as critical for extreme exposures compared to relatively minor settings. Subsequently this study provides recommendations to aid bridge engineers and stakeholders to balance between computational cost and accuracy of results to aid prompt decisions on rehabilitation of ageing bridges in different exposure conditions. A framework is also included to compute seismic life-cycle costs from generic measures of corrosion, independent of assumed exposure scenario. This framework is particularly helpful for seismic loss assessment of highway bridges in chloride exposure zones with periodic field measurements to estimate the extent of structural deterioration.  相似文献

Agricultural culture is a productive activity about education and management. It aims at high efficiency and high quality, uses technology as its means, and takes nature as its carrier. Agricultural cultural resources are the product of the rapid development of modern economy. It promotes the development of the national economy and profoundly affects people's production and life. DEA model, also known as data envelope analysis method, is an algorithm that uses multiple data decision units for input and output training to obtain the final model. This article explains the concept and basic characteristics of agricultural culture. Through questionnaire surveys and expert interviews, we collected development data, screened human, material, and financial data, and calculated information on economic and social resources. On this basis, this paper establishes the evaluation index of agricultural culture based on DEA model. Then, through empirical analysis from a specific perspective, it can be concluded that increasing human, material and financial input can achieve economic and social benefits. Generally speaking, cultural investment can promote the development of the industry. The research results of this paper laid a theoretical foundation for the development of agricultural culture, and put forward a development model focusing on technology development, improving investment efficiency, and investing in material resources.  相似文献

Reducing amyloid‐β (Aβ) accumulation could be a potential therapeutic approach for Alzheimer's disease (AD). Particular functional biomolecules in exosomes vested by the microenvironment in which the original cells resided can be transferred to recipient cells to improve pathological conditions. However, there are few reports addressing whether exosomes derived from cells cultured on scaffolds with varying dimension can reduce Aβ deposition or ameliorate cognitive decline for AD therapy. Herein, both 3D graphene scaffold and 2D graphene film are used as the matrix for human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell culture, from which the supernatants are obtained to isolate exosomes. The levels of 195 kinds of miRNAs and proteins, including neprilysin, insulin‐degrading enzyme and heat shock protein 70, in 3D‐cultured exosomes (3D‐Exo) are dramatically different from those obtained from 2D culture. Hence, 3D‐Exo could up‐regulate the expression of α‐secretase and down‐regulate the β‐secretase to reduce Aβ production in both AD pathology cells and transgenic mice, through their special cargo. With rescuing Aβ pathology, 3D‐Exo exerts enhanced therapeutic effects on ameliorating the memory and cognitive deficits in AD mice. These findings provide a novel clinical application for scaffold materials and functional exosomes derived from stem cells.  相似文献

海洋核动力平台因其突出的安全性已成为当今核能领域热点研究问题之一,但在海洋等非惯性条件下会使一回路系统的热工特性发生变化。针对此问题,本文对几种典型的一回路系统在摇摆条件下的自然循环流量波动特性进行计算分析。分别建立典型的双环路、三环路、四环路的一回路系统模型布置方案,并同时考虑摇摆中心的位置,根据流体动量守恒方程,得到不同状态下一回路系统内的流量变化规律。对于单堆双环路系统,摇摆中心在船上/中/下部位置时,环路流量波动幅度分别为13.2%/11.2%/9.5%,堆芯流量波动幅度分别为0.9%/0.8%/0.6%;对于单堆三环路系统,摇摆中心在船下部时,环路流量和堆芯流量波动幅度分别为9.2%和0.8%;对于单堆四环路系统,摇摆中心在船下部时,布置方案1和方案2的环路流量波动幅度分别为9.5%和9.2%,堆芯流量波动幅度分别为0.9%和0.7%。计算结果表明:采用单堆双环路的设计布置方案是最有利于系统稳定性的。  相似文献

Pleurotus eryngii, the second largest industrial cultivation mushroom in China, is usually cultivated on substrates mainly consisting of sawdust and corncob. In this study, experiments were performed to determine the effects of different carbon sources and C/N values on nonvolatile taste components of P. eryngii. The effects of different carbon sources on nonvolatile taste components levels revealed that sawdust was beneficial to high levels of crude protein, amino acids, 5′‐nucleotides and equivalent umami concentration, while corncob was beneficial to high contents of carbohydrate, polysaccharides and trehalose. At the similar C/N values, relatively higher sawdust content was beneficial to umami amino acid production, while relatively higher corncob content was beneficial to high contents of carbohydrate, polysaccharides and mannitol. Higher C/N value was beneficial to high levels of crude protein, amino acids, 5′‐nucleotides and equivalent umami concentration, while lower C/N value was beneficial to high contents of carbohydrate, polysaccharides and trehalose. These results provided information for P. eryngii fruit body industrial cultivation to obtain specific nonvolatile taste components with high levels.  相似文献
